Xinhai College
Since 2001, Xinhai Group has established cooperative relations with Zhejiang University, College of Science & Technology Ningbo University, Zhejiang Pharmaceutical University and other institutions of higher education.
In 2019, the company cooperated with the Cixi Institute of BioMedical Engineering,CNITECH,CAS and College of Science & Technology Ningbo University to establish the "XINHAI INSTITUTE" with medical devices as the discipline.
The innovative concept of "Integration of Industry and Education" was officially implemented.
Online Learning Platform
The online learning platform of Xinhai Training Center was launched in December 2020. The primary function of the training platform is to improve the staff professional and learning ability, and to conduct knowledge and skill assessment. The online knowledge base has strict authority control, sharing academic courses, assisting offline training, establishing staff training files, process monitoring and performance testing.
